"I have an audition and need an appointment NOW!!!"
We get it. Sometimes you have an audition and it was due YESTERDAY. If you are concerned that the email won't get to us fast enough please call or text us at (323)739-8902.
Cancellation Policy
To insure that you aren't charged for a cancellation, please let us know 24 hours in advance. Less than 12 hour notice prior to appointment will result in a 50% session rate. Every student gets 2 appointment changes every 6 months. No-shows are charged the full session rate.
Package Pricing
So you want to buy one of our packages, but aren't sure how it works? We offer several different 5 hour packages. The packages don't expire and can be used however you like. For example: if you purchase the 5 hour Coaching Package and use 2 hours for weekly one on one coaching, and an hour and a half for self tape coaching, you would still have an hour and a half left of your time. We value your time and money, as we know you do too, so unlike other coaches in town we won't charge you for the hour if we don't use it.
Technical Difficulties
Please make sure that you have your preferred communication (Zoom or Facetime) installed and working ahead of time. We can not allow extra time for sorting out technical difficulties at the beginning of the session. For Self Tapes, we find it is best to have a separate device to record on for the optimal quality of your tape. Please refer to our "Self Tape Guide" after booking your session.
